you forgot to mention "Dimitri & Like Mike + Moguai - Mammoth" lol
good song man!

Norato responds:

Ye i know. Just I am fan of Moguai so I wanted to high-light I get inspired by mostly of his work, and not only on song Mammoth but also by other his pieces :)

i agree about the snare sound. not my taste in DnB lol
as for the rest, its sounding pretty pro to me!!

Shabadaman responds:

Thanks for the review, i'm glad you like it man!

her voice is just soo lovely :)

Shabadaman responds:

Thanks for the kind review man!

great job alan!
it might be mellow, but atleast its music that keeps true to itsself and keeps me dreaming!

finish this one please!

alanisnotcool responds:

thanks friend =) i already have made improvements to it! take care!

hmm i can hear you have put more hours into this song, however that doesnt mean i like it all lol
im not a fan of the rap/vocal.. kinda ruines the song if you'd ask me.
anyway to the start again:
you start of really good imo!
the pluck or whatever it is sounds solid, the string/pad too only thing i would do is put sidechain on the string..

the bass at the 0.23 spot is also pretty enjoyable but still i would have done more with it.

the vocal starting at 0.50 is good, yea i just said i didnt like it, but since its not too long at this point, its more enjoyable, too bad it starts again at 1.12.
you could have filled that up with a massive bassline, or make the main synth stronger!

the build up starting at 1.44 until 1.51 feels to short and kinda soft to me. maybe you could have given it length with a really simple snare roll.. it also would have given the song a bit of variation.
and variation is what i miss aswell.

as i already mentioned to me it sounds like youve put more hours into this project then your last one.
but i still think this song could have been soo much bigger!

Shabadaman responds:

Thanks for your honesty as always man! Maybe I could have done more with it, I think that this time I was trying for a simpler approach.

Still, I agree with a lot of what you're saying.

lool im gonna spend as much time as i want on pc,
only bc im going to France in September!

nice loop, loops very well!

Norato responds:

Nice! I always wanted to go in France :)

i agree with BlueOceans,
either the vocals need a boost or the guitar less.
however once you have done one of these things,
maybe u could think about editing the vocals just a little bit?
with a tad reverb maybe,
widen it a bit to make it sound a bit fuller.. or anything of your choice lol

Shabadaman responds:

Thanks for the review, reverb does sound like a good idea!

basically ive heard the song, read most reviews..
my advice;
stay true to who you are.

Music-story responds:

Sure thing, thanks for the listen.

Bye for now

so here i am.. still awake while i should be sleeping..
Hello to you sir! haha

the moment i started playing this song i thought it was elektro lol
the first cuttoff (vocal) synth is off key.. you might want to fix that at 0.13 - 0.16

the melody coming in at 0.31 sounds epic! reminded me a bit of hardtrance melodies.
good fill at 1.03! but im not sure what the weird breakbeat/trap beat is about? i dont really like it that much if im honest. you best use a snare roll of some kind, there are serious a thousand ways to do a snare roll.
alright so after the build it sounds good again.
at 1.49 there's a Snare drum overpowering everything with its volume but most with its reverb.. might want to fix it.

hmm again the breakbeat/trap beat..
the main synth is nice in a strange way lol

hmm the outro was a bit like.. IN YOUR FACE and gone.. bit too fast for me.

overall i would say i like this song for 55% the hats where imho perfectly done,
but the structure, the idea behind the song is a bit unclear to me.

my suggestion is that you should try and listen to other trancy songs, study the structure of them and possibly the waveform!

Shabadaman responds:

Thanks for the honest review! I suppose I didn't have a clear direction in my head, maybe that's something i'll work on next time.

do the robo yeah

AeronMusic responds:

Exactly ^__^
