im not getting a warm or cold feeling when i hear this.
its just that i hear ALLOT of these songs at NG more often
and they just almost sound excactly the same..
its like Dash Berlin has 99987977 copy-paste brothers lol.
what about our other songs... it seems as if you only comment the ones you dont like? or maybe they are all horrible?
Haha
well the randomness you created back then is totally awsome xD
however it isnt mastered, sometimes hurts my ears xD
tho, there are clean parts in there, so if this really is one of the first songs, you where better then me when i first started.
being honest
no.. this doesnt sound anything near trance..
its more of a dance class.
the sounds you used are dull, and sometimes blurry.
just to be honest i wouldnt vote this a 5..
1 good pointer; i like the piano notes.

Hmm i tought this was going to be an awsome piece of art bc it starte so F-ing clean,
but then at 0:23 + 4:29 its not on key..
around 1:13 you created a blurry/dull feeling to it by introducing this lead i didnt like.
and once again at 1:40 its clean :)
I think I will use another lead, another bass and other hihats in the rework then :)
Thanks for your review.
what?
thats all? xD
Sorry, I should have posted a longer preview
i join my force
with Da-Chibi
tho, the piano in between all the distotion and wrong settings is nice!
Lol
its nice tho but i feel like there's allot of uncompressed stuff which makes it..
blurry/messy.
compressing is all about keeping your sound at a current dB level by suppressing the sound(s) with the compression you want.
EQ stuff is on the good way tho!
and prog-trance is all about making awsome beats with heavy bass and wonderfull pluck/synth melody's ;)
(i dont wanna be the wise guy here..
but its just to make you see what the differences are)
Besides if i may, what gear/equipment are you using?
bc i havent spend a cent yet to develop my skillz (im using fruity loops atm)
Hey D-Chain, thanks for the review, the explanations are nice. These kinds of reviews are just taken as positive criticism so no worries there bro and they are what i look for here on newgrounds.
what i meant by my budget is that I do not currently have decent speakers at all so they are not going to tell me how my sounds actually sound (if they need tuning or not), especially on other speakers and especially since there are colourations built-in these speakers produced by the manufacturer meaning preset frequencies . I'm looking into studio monitor speakers.
I'll defintely take a look into the compressor, you are correct a lot of the stuff is not compressed and it is good to know that i should compress them, ill look into that right away.
I appreciate the review, i'll definitely continue producing with your advice in mind. Thanks!

i would
love to colaberate sometime.. someday.. in the near future.
until then, this is pretty intense on my ears :) perhaps lowering some EQ frequentions would do a decent job on the intense bass. around 139 - 300hz
Lol, sounds fun. its hard to master music with $2 earbuds with no range xD
