i think you need to stop stealing music from other well known producers.

You know, i always feel like when listening to your tracks that they have the quality but they sometimes lack the low end or low mid. it can give tracks especially your tracks, so much more depth and feeling. -im not saying this one doesnt have low end, its certainly audible dont get me wrong, but its so far away. I WANT TO TOUCH IT lol. maybe its personal preference i dont know for sure..? anyways, kicker demo again :D

right off the bat great bass and synth!
imo i would remove the shaker(hats) at 0:14 and add them back later on ;)
overall quality is pretty good!
You going to finish ?

Dj-Gonzo responds:

Hey! Thanks for checking this out!

Well, I'll try to finish it after I end my degree next July. I am just uploading little demos at the moment because I don't have that much time to work on my music projects. I'll keep posting these little teaser until I am finally free.

Thanks again for listening! :D

:O this reminds me of good old times, but also Ashley Wallbridge(producer/DJ). Good stuff Gonzo!

Dj-Gonzo responds:

Thanks Timo! Glad you liked it :D

What in the world o_O ..
What a massive skill jump/improvement you made since... before summer break!
Its insane man! To top it of,
this is the first song of yours where the bass levels are to my liking! :O
And lets be honest, the song is good..

Long time no see Gonzo!
Its good to see another submission from you as always :)
tho i feel like the singer is just a tiny bit off at some points.
But i also know how hard it is for a producer to blend vocals into a track,
so dont take it too hard on yourself ;)
I like what you did, you started small and opened up the track with nice saw wave synths great bass and epic 90's pluck i hear, superb!

trancy, but especially fast paced wich im not used hearing from you.
i really dig the milimalistic aspect of this wip. it really shows how pure something can be but also very effective.
i didnt like the clap, it tends to go more towards a snare-clap wich i personally hate.
apart from that i hope the collab works out :)
Im keen on hearing more!

such pure and small melody, simply crushed by the dark vibes of this DnB track.
i love it!
At first glance i hoped you would go even darker after 0:44 just love the sustain/reverb.
but never the less, great track im faving!

5TanLey responds:

thanks, glad you enjoyed it :)

feels kinda messy.. im not really sure what you where going for but, to me it sounds like noise before the calm wind returns halfway in. but i spoke too soon.. the noise returns xD
it sounds like you stacked sound upon sound upon sound ect. ect. and took no effort in actually creating depth.
other than that, it sound like a 'fun' project rather then something serious ;)

be well, dont take this as an insult pls.
but most important, have fun doing music!

PancakePocket responds:

Thanks for the review! I am always trying to improve!

oh god the 2009 trance vibe is present <3<3<3 lovelovelove this :D

Mich responds:

The late 00s (well, most of the 00s actually) were a good time for Trance in my opinion, so I take that as high praise, thank you. :-) Glad you enjoy!
